Participation in the Novaris Profit Participation Program is available only to verified accredited investors pursuant to Rule 506(c) of Regulation D.

What Is an Accredited Investor?

Accreditation must be independently verified prior to participation.

An accredited investor is an individual or entity that meets specific financial or professional criteria established under U.S. securities law. These standards are designed to ensure participants have the financial sophistication to evaluate private offerings. Common individual qualification criteria include:

Income Test

  • $200,000+ annual income (individual), or

  • $300,000+ annual income (joint),

  • for the last two years with a reasonable expectation of continuation

Net Worth Test

  • Net worth exceeding $1,000,000, excluding primary residence

Professional Credentials

  • Certain financial or securities-related licenses or designations

If you believe you are an accredited investor, the process to move forward is straightforward and secure.

1 Request Offering Documents

Submit a request to receive the full participation materials and eligibility confirmation instructions.

Accredited status must be verified using one of the following SEC-accepted methods:

● A secure third-party verification service, or

● A verification letter from a licensed CPA, attorney, broker-dealer, or registered investment adviser

Novaris does not collect or store sensitive financial documents directly.

 Once accreditation is verified, eligible investors may review and execute the Profit Participation Agreement.d multi‑tenancy.

Capital is accepted only after verification and execution of all required documents.

Accreditation verification is handled through secure, independent providers. Novaris does not publicly disclose investor information and maintains records in accordance with applicable regulations.
